Herb & Fruit

Not technically true teas, as they contain no leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, herbal and fruit teas are known as tisanes. Their health properties can widely vary depending on what herbs, flowers and fruits are combined, and are typically naturally caffeine-free. Many herbal and fruit infusions are rich in vitamin C. They are often wonderful beverages to have at night when one does not necessarily wish the pick-me-up of a typical cup of tea.
