Pronounced 'roy-bus', it literally means 'red-bush' and grows on particular mountains in South Africa. Its amber cup is sweet and mellow, often combining well with vanilla, milk and honey. Like tea, it is very rich in anti-oxidants and is also a good source of various vitamins and minerals. Though not a true tea, it is an excellent, caffeine-free alternative to a cup of tea in the evening. It is good for digestion, help supports the immune system, and promotes healthy skin, teeth and bones.
